This is a short course. The course design and layout is consistently inconsistent in its design. For instance you will find all of the greens reasonable flat with the exception of the 5th hole, a par 3 with a lovely undulating and challenging green. The fairways change from wide open to tight 20 meter wide fairways with OB on both sides. The most curious hole I found is the par four 16th. This hole has blind tee shot requiring a draw to suit the dogleg left. However, someone put two massive bunkers in the fairway exactly where the perfect tee shot should land. Your only option is to carry your tee shot 240 meters (with a draw) to avoid the bunkers or hit your tee shot short the bunkers and leave yourself 165 meter approach shot.
The general condition of the course is good with the exception for the par 3 ninth hole which is under repair. The greens are also in good condition but are slow.
When I played the course I had to contend with the noise and distractions of on going construction of the adjacent housing development. On the fist hole I was about to hit my approach to the green when a bobcat tractor came trundling down the cart path towards me. But I got used to this as I played because there were construction workers surrounding the golf course so you could not escape.
Having said all of this I would play the course again because it is one of the few courses in this area of Spain and the afternoon greenfee is only 43euros. the staff are friendly as well.
